James Ferguson has served on our local RC&D Council for decades as well as the NC RC&D Association and the National Association of RC&D Councils. James has been a tireless advocate for the mission and services provided by RC&D Councils locally, throughout NC, the Southeast and across the country for all of our communities. His commitment to the vision of the NARCDC serves as a model for everyone that strives to conserve our natural resources and to protect our farmland economy.
